During the Rio 2016 Olympics Diadora celebrated the excellence of sport with a special project where, for the first time ever, the Italian brand collaborated at the same time with seven of the best sneaker stores worldwide to create an exclusive capsule collection inspired by two models of the 1988 Diadora collection: the I.C. 4000 and the Intrepid. Every shoe release also included an extra special clothing pack – jacket, t-shirt and sports bag – offering fresh takes on the models worn by Diadora athletes in 1988. All of the items use new materials and colors to give the design, style and sizing of the original archival ones a new contemporary twist.
After the exclusive releases in August at Hanon, Patta, 24 Kilates, Solebox, Kith, Packer and Concept, it's finally time for the final step of this special project, a temporaty shop in Rome, in collaboration with Suede store, where you can buy the whole collection (sneakers, apparel and accessories). The opening event of the Diadora "From Seoul To Rio" temporary shop is set on Friday, September 2nd, at 18:30. The temporary store will be open from the 2nd to the 9th of September and the collection will be also available online starting from Sunday, September 4th.   Diadora "From Seoul To Rio" temporary store c/o Suede - Via degli Zingari 58, Rome - Italy Mon-Sat 10:30-14:30 / 15:30-20:00 Sun 12:00-20:00
