G-SHOCK x SNEAKER FREAKER DW-5700 "REDBACK"
G-Shock and the Australian magazine Sneaker Freaker give birth to a dubbed “Redback” collaboration to celebrate their 35th and 15th anniversaries, respectively.
Leading character of this special release is the DW-5700 model, which wears for the occasion a colourway inspired by the Australian much dreaded venomous spider it takes its name from.
Peculiar of this watch is also the LCD screen with red background nicknamed “Vampire”, last employed by G-Shock in 2003 and never for a collaboration.
But this is not all! A third partner, the American brand Stance, on the occasion of this drop, realised a pair of coordinated socks, personalised with the writing G-Shock on one, and Sneaker Freaker on the other.
After the exclusive release by Sneaker Freaker during Halloween, mark on your calendar that the global launch of the G-Shock x Sneaker Freaker DW-5700 "Redback" is set on Friday, November 9th, in selected G-Shock retailers spread around the planet, such as Kosmos, Move, 43einhalb and Suppa. SAUCONY x EXTRA BUTTER: SHADOW 6000 "WHITE RABBIT"
After the exclusive drop at Extra Butter at the end of December, it’s finally time for the international release of the Shadow 6000 “White Rabbit”, the last collaboration effort coming from Saucony and the New York based sneaker boutique Extra Butter.
The shoe takes inspiration from movies about “freeing your mind” like Matrix, and takes its nickname from the White Rabbit character of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
The shoe features premium materials like leather, suede and nylon mesh, red and blue “Extra Butter” rubber tag, removable pieces that hide collaborators secret identity while the sneaker box boasts a psychedelic graphic.
