JORDAN BRAND: SUMMER 2018 LINEUP
The first three months of 2018 have flown by and Nike has already made us drool over many releases, but the Beaverton brand never sleeps and it’s teasing our palate by presenting the new lineup of the Jordan Brand for the Summer 2018 season. Check out below some of the juiciest, highly anticipated models already available on the market or ready to be released in the upcoming months. Enjoy!
• JORDAN WHY NOT ZER0.1
Futuristic is the correct word for the new Jordans dedicated to the basketball champion Russell Westbrook. Last year Russ became the first NBA player to score the highest triple-double average in an entire season, and this year it’s about to happen again. To celebrate the historic result from last year, Nike has decided to launch a new shade of Jordan Why Not Zer0.1 with colors that celebrate the “Triple Double” and the Oklahoma “Thunder” team. Watch out because the shoe is already available in selected sneaker stores worldwide.
• AIR JORDAN 1 HIGH RETRO OG "SHADOW"
The imminent return of the Air Jordan 1 High “Shadow” is one of the most awaited releases of the year. Launched last time in 2013, it has always been one of the most loved model by the Jordan fans. From the latest leaked pictures on the web, we can say it will be a great comeback with materials that meet expectation. The release date is set for the 14th of April.
• AIR JORDAN 10 RETRO "DARK SHADOW"
The Air Jordan 10 "Dark Shadow" debuted for the first time in 1994, secondly in 2008 where it was relaunched together with the “Countdown Pack” and the Jordan 13 “He Got Game”. Ten years later the Jordan Brand is ready to bring back the classic color shade to light. The Air Jordan 10 will have a slightly different color shade compared to the original, and the release date is set for the 21st of April.
• AIR JORDAN 11 LOW "COOL GREY"
The summer season couldn’t miss a low-top Jordan, and what better occasion to combine one of the most loved models of collectors with the most significant color shade as the “Cool Gray”? This version is proposed with the same materials as the high-cut silhouette with patented effect and ballistic fabric. The release date is set for the 24th of April.
• AIR JODAN 18 RETRO "TORO"
The 18th Michael Jordan signature model was design by Tate Kuerbis in 2003 and the initial color shade proposed was White/Sport royal. Today this model comes in a new shade called “Toro” thanks to the total red coloration that reminds us of the Jordan 5 “Toro Bravo”. This sneaker has been achieved with soft leather suede and details in carbon fiber. The shoe is already available in selected sneaker stores around the globe.
• AIR JORDAN 32
The Air Jordan 32 takes inspiration from the Jordan 2 and it is presented with an upper made of mixed materials like flyknit and soft premium leather. There are two options for this sneaker: either the high-top called “Black-cat” dedicated to the six championships won by Micheal Jordan, while the second option, the low-top model, has a lighter more summery color. The release dates are set for the 7th of April and the 7th of May.
